If the person who scouted you lost their scout status, you can lose yours. It could also be due to quality, though I don’t think your stuff is poor.
It might be your most recent submission. It seems unfinished - perhaps by the presence of the little doodled dude. When you submit a drawing, there is an option to not include it in the art portal if it is unfinished or a sketch.
